Multifaceted Therapy Services

I’ve lived through my share of heartaches and joys, and the full spectrum of those experiences has shaped the way I understand what it means to be human. As a child of immigrants, I grew up navigating high expectations and very little emotional validation. Even with siblings, I carried a deep loneliness and disconnection—feelings that later pulled me toward seeking acceptance in places that weren’t always healthy.

At 18, my world completely shifted. I was in a car accident on the way to my boyfriend’s house, and I lost my leg. The grief that followed was overwhelming. I didn’t have coping tools or language for what I was feeling. My friends and my boyfriend moved on, and I found myself alone again. For a while, I numbed out with mindless TV, trying to get through each day.

Then something inside me woke up. I realized this wasn’t the life I wanted to live. I chose connection again—and that decision changed everything. Rebuilding my life helped me discover resilience, purpose, and a deep compassion for human suffering.

Moving Forward

That journey led me to graduate school and eventually to becoming a sex therapist and relationship counselor. Today, I help individuals and couples navigate emotional disconnection, intimacy challenges, sexual shame, and relationship struggles  with empathy, evidence-based care, and a trauma-informed approach.

I believe connection heals us. I believe pleasure is a form of empowerment. And, I believe nobody should feel alone while trying to understand their body, their desires, or their relationships. My work is grounded in helping you feel seen, supported, and confident as you return to yourself—and to the relationships that matter most.
