Therapeutic Methods
for a Personalized Approach
There are a variety of proven therapy methods that can help with a wide range of issues. Depending on your issues and your pain points, we can discuss different methods to find the one that feels the most comfortable and effective for you.

Emotionally Focused Therapy
(EFT)
EFT is a proven, research-based approach that works on healing relationships, forging stronger connections, and creating lasting change. It helps us determine why you and your partner keep repeating painful patterns.
I am certified in EFT, and I use it as a tool to:
- Provide a transformational, depth-oriented therapy that focuses on long-lasting change instead of quick fixes.
- Help couples repair broken trust, strengthen intimacy, and build emotional safety.
- Provide methods for clients to shift negative cycles that lead to feelings of overwhelm and solitude.
EFT Can Help If You:
- Feel stuck in the same arguments or emotional distance.
- Long for more intimacy, trust, and emotional connection.
- Struggle with feelings of being “too much” or “not enough” in your relationship.
- Want to understand why you and your partner hurt each other despite your love.
- Are committed to personal growth and meaningful change.

Brainspotting Therapy
Brainspotting is a powerful and effective method that works with the brain and the body to release trauma, move through blocks, and find a way to move forward in life. During a brainspotting session, you focus on specific eye positions while thinking about a painful memory, block, or feeling. When you land on a “brainspot,” your brain begins to process, unwind, and eventually resolve what has been stuck, which helps you heal all the way down to your nervous system.

Brainspotting Is a Helpful Tool To:
- Release unresolved trauma and PTSD symptoms.
- Heal chronic anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
- Clear subconscious blocks that limit performance and creativity.
- Rewire the brain.
Brainspotting Can Help If You:
- Feel stuck in the pain of trauma.
- Feel trapped in old patterns, no matter how much therapy or self-work you’ve done.
- Suffer from anxiety, trauma, or emotionally-driven exhaustion.
- Sense invisible “blocks” holding you back from living fully.
